Led the bulk commodities transportation and dangerous goods for industries of a $500MM project.
Dangerous Chemicals Management—More than 20 years
Led dangerous goods program ( marine, land and air transport, and storage ), including risk assessments, employee training and emergency response / cleanup.
Risk Management & Lost control—Almost 20 years
Provided risk modeling for manufacturing sites to identify and mitigate risks to the public, environment and employees and led corporate EHS assessments for all potential acquisitions.
Reduced the accident rate from 55 medical incident cases per 100,000 man-hours to 3 / 100,000 allowing the business to achieve a $2MM per annum reduction of workers’ compensation costs.
Established leading and trailing metrics including a medical incident rate and risk based audits that incorporated compliance, management systems and risk / due diligence. Reduced regional medical incident rate to <1.0 in 2 years.
Led a loss prevention / mitigation program for UN dangerous goods, fires and disasters across all operations with risk modeling, annual inspections and remedial plans.

Led the implementation of a regional occupational health program that included infectious diseases prevention and drove measures to mitigete SARS risks;
Subseguently implemented security sys to counter terrorist and criminal activities for physical assets, products, executives, employees and IT systems.
